Our rates for 2026
· April 15 – November 30 $275 USD/night
· December 1 – December 14 and January 11 - April 14: $350 USD/night
· December 15 – January 10 (holiday season): $400 USD/night
There is a five night minimum when booking a stay.
We offer a discount for off-season (April 15 to December 1) month-long rentals. Book four weeks and only pay for three.
Payment is accepted in Barbados or United States dollars.
The only additional cost is a $100 USD weekly housekeeping fee. Washer/dryer use is included, along with what we call “reasonable” utilities (e.g., turning off bedroom A/C and lights when leaving rooms).
